Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Gratitude, an app published by BituForge, handles your information. We are based in the United Kingdom and process any personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data we handle
Gratitude is designed to work entirely on your device. Your content stays on your device (and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud account). We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your personal data, and your data never leaves your device to reach us.
Analytics
We do not use any analytics or tracking SDKs in Gratitude.
Third parties
Gratitude does not share data with third parties, because it does not collect any.
Your rights
Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control of it: you can edit or delete it at any time within the app, or remove it entirely by deleting the app. Under UK GDPR you also have rights of access, rectification, and erasure — though in practice we hold no personal data about you to act on.
Children
Gratitude is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
