Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Gratitude, an app published by BituForge. By downloading or using Gratitude, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Gratitude on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.
Your content
Anything you create in Gratitude belongs to you and stays on your device. We claim no ownership of it and have no access to it.
Disclaimer & liability
Gratitude is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BituForge is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
